Can the admin tool change the color? Say to shades of green?

Yes, you can do the color and other optimizations just the same as with the original social engine layout, from admin panel. Our social engine 4 templates/themes created with changing only styles-CSS files.

We are not going to create new templates for the near future. We will do the updates/upgrades for our older templates.

Is this 4.0 version different from the 3.0 version? That is, is the layout different?
Also, the 4.0 version is less than the 3.0 version why is that?

It is cheaper because social engine 4 uses theme structure no more template system needed. And creating a new theme takes much less time than the template.
but how many documents you have to decompress
when I pay only download a single zip document, it’s just a document or are more of a download that? Where the template documents located?
You should have a demo; more people would buy if they actually saw it in action. You can´t tell if it has been coded properly and works as advertised simply from a screenshot. Having no demo with the excuse the theme could be stolen makes one wonder if there is something to hide. Now I have to go to a warez site to download it, to try it out, rather than see a live demo on your site, before I buy.
I don´t like taking gambles, too many scammers out there.

You may have right, however social engine 4 theme system strictly based on CSS and people can copy whole theme in 30 second. Most of Social Engine community members know who we are and trust us. We are in the community since april 2008, sold hundreds of templates for SE 2X and 3X versions (with name of socialengine-template.com).

After extracting zip file you will have the folders; files, installation, license and PSD. The template files located into the “files” folder.
Is the cost of upgrade FREE from SE3.2 to SE4?
Hello I tried to download the update for luna but the system tells me i have used all my downloads.
1- Well can i get updates on luna?
2- The last update was making an error on the script. Will you fix the default.ptl file?

Layout styles are all the same.. just few color changes…
I purchased the Luna theme for SE4 and I’m having trouble changing the blue at the top (above the menu) to dark red. Can you tell me how to do this or provide the red version?

Open constant.css file with your editor and replace line ~21
with your color code.
Thanks for the reply. I’ve done this and it doesn’t change the color. So I switched back to the default theme and changed the color code there and it worked…it’s not changing with Welcome (Luna) theme, though when editing the line you suggest. Any other ideas?

I want to change the Luna Theme for SE4 from blue to dark red (800000 code) and it is not changing. I have tested with standard themes and line 21 changed, no problem:
theme_topbar_background_color: #800000;
